Called HOS to get an estimate for a plumbing issue I thought I had in my basement causing water to accumulate. Instead of a plumbing issue they found a hole in my wall under a pipe where the water was coming in from; fixed it instead of charging me for work they didn’t need to do. He also checked my water heater and cleaned it. They are very pleasant and the price was right. I will be calling them to do some more work for me in the near future. He is now my go to guy.
